Yoga provides a host of benefits, whether
it is learning to breathe more fully, relieving stress and
anxiety, releasing muscle tension, improving flexibility and
range of motion, or quieting the mind and learning to relax
and meditate . . .
There are many styles and traditions in yoga, some more
vigorous, or aerobic in nature, others slower, with more
focus on breath, and longer holding of poses.
Classes are available to fit your level of fitness including
ultra-gentle chair yoga, gentle, beginner, continuing
beginner level, intermediate and hot yoga.
YOGA THERAPY is the therapeutic application
of yoga practices to address specific health
challenges and enhance wellness.
Yoga Therapy is often used as an adjunct to
physical therapy. Specific routines consisting
of yoga postures, breathing exercises,
meditation practices and relaxation
techniques are designed to meet
individual needs.

The Ancient practice of Yoga has been rediscovered as a modern blessing.
Yoga quiets the mind, develops strength, stamina and flexibility, and cultivates a
deeper level of body awareness.
Yoga therapy may be used alone or as an adjunct to physical therapy, to improve
balance, range of motion, comfort, and to develop a more peaceful presence.
