People are increasingly turning to massage therapy for
relief from injuries and many chronic and acute conditions.
Therapeutic massage helps with managing stresses of
daily life, and maintaining good health.
Health reasons for seeking massage therapy include
injury recovery and rehab, reduction of pain, muscle
soreness/stiffness/spasm, greater joint flexibility and range
of motion. Many seek therapeutic massage for relaxation
or stress reduction, and promoting wellness through
enhanced immune function.
