Yoganand Michael Carroll is an extraordinary teacher
who has devoted his entire adult life to yoga.  Here are
three cds he has created which bring his exceptional
teaching to you.   The Pranakriya meditative posture
flow class is my all time favorite cd for home use.  This
recording is appropriate if you have had some yoga
experience, and a good basic knowledge of the
postures.  The pranayama cds provide excellent
instruction in this important aspect of yoga which is
often overlooked.
